Strain/stress injuries have long been a well-known problem within the

industrial and health care sections. During the latter years, this has

even been given attention in more normal, computer-related ofﬁce

work which entails static work positions. Ergorest is a mobile forearm

rest that relieves the load on the entire forearm. Conditions of tension

in the shoulders, neck and shoulder blades are reduced by up to 90 %.
